SAFFORD — What started as a zoning request for a cellphone tower behind Curtis Country Store quickly turned into something closer to a countywide confession Wednesday: Graham County’s cellular coverage has some big holes in it, and first responders are among those left trying to work around them.
Kehmna said Public Safety Towers Company would build the tower with FirstNet in mind. AT&T would be the commercial tenant, but the tower would also carry FirstNet capacity and could accommodate other public safety equipment if needed.
